About my research
My research focus is developing therapeutic mRNA vaccine more precisely development of personalized cancer vaccines. This includes designing mRNA vaccine platform for different cancer types, improving delivery technologies such as lipid nanoparticles, identifying biomarkers that predict treatment response, and developing combination therapeutic strategies that can further boost up patients’ immune response. The overall purpose is to train our immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells with precision.
