About my research
My research focuses on Human-Centered Extended Reality (XR), with the goal of developing immersive systems that are adaptive, personalized, and meaningful to users. I explore XR applications in education, healthcare, exergames, and cultural heritage, using AI, interaction design, and user-centered methods. Across these domains, I investigate how XR can better understand users and their context to support learning, rehabilitation, physical activity, and cultural engagement.

Current research challenge
My research focuses on developing adaptive, human-centered Extended Reality (XR) systems that address real-world challenges across education, healthcare, exergames, and cultural heritage. Rather than treating XR simply as an immersive medium, I explore how it can be designed to understand users, adapt to their needs, and provide meaningful and effective experiences.
