Director briefing the Chief Minister of Himachal about IIT Mandi.

Prof. Timothy A Gonsalves had a very cordial meeting with the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal for forty five minutes on 11th March, 2011 in Shimla. Prof. Dhumal assured his full support for the development of IIT Mandi. In fact, he already has taken measures to expedite the improvement in the Mandi-Kamand road.

It is clear from the press release that the Chief Minister is in close alignment with the vision of IIT Mandi.
