Animal Husbandry portion of the Kamand campus

On 18th January, IIT Mandi took possession of the Animal Husbandry portion of the Kamand campus from the Director, Technical Education, signing a 99-year lease. IIT Mandi also placed the order with BSNL Civil Engg Section for conversion of a 4000 sq ft hay shed in Kamand into a mechanical engg workshop. According to the plan, the workshopwill be operational by March 2011.
