The first faculty member joins IIT Mandi

The first faculty member of IIT Mandi joined us on 8th June. Dr. Aniruddha Chakraborty hails from Kolkata.
He did his PhD from IISc Bangalore and is also an alumni of the University of Calcutta. He specialises in Theoretical Chemistry and his research interests include nano-devices, non-adiabatic transitions,
reaction rate theory etc. He will be joining the school of Basic Sciences and will teach Chemistry.
