List of existing facility in lab
1. Abrasion Testing Machine
The abrasion testing machine simulates abrasion condition which is used to evaluate the effect of abrasion resistance of concrete and concrete materials. The test is used to determine the abrasion resistance in terms of wear depth of concrete in mm. The machine can be used in laboratory as well as field.
2. Carbonation Chamber
Carbonation chamber is used for determination of the required temperature and humidity conditions, at a certain concentration (20% or less) of carbon dioxide gas in a concrete specimens carbonation depth.
3. Compression Unit
Machines are used to determine compression, split and flexural strengths, usually applied to materials of high compression but low tensile strength, in which the specimen is subjected to increasing compressive forces until failure occurs.
4. Marsh Cone Apparatus
The Marsh funnel is a simple device for measuring viscosity by observing the time it takes a known volume of liquid to flow from a cone through a short tube. It is standardized for use by mud engineers to check the quality of drilling mud.
5. Walkin Chamber
• Energy saving and low noise
• Stainless steel interior
• High load capacity
• High brightness LED lighting with long useful life
• 10.4-inch TFT color touch screen program controller
